SALARY CALCULATION GUIDE

How Salary Conversion Works

Hourly to Annual Salary

Multiply your hourly pay by working hours per day, working days per week and paid weeks per year. For example, 25 per hour × 8 hours × 5 days × 52 weeks equals 52,000 per year.

Daily to Annual Salary

Multiply daily pay by working days per week and paid weeks per year. The result represents the annual base salary.

Weekly to Annual Salary

Multiply weekly pay by the number of paid weeks per year. For a full paid year, use 52 weeks.

Monthly to Annual Salary

Multiply monthly pay by 12. This assumes the monthly salary is paid for every month of the year.

Annual to Monthly Salary

Divide annual base salary by 12. Hourly, daily and weekly equivalents are calculated using the work schedule entered.

Bonuses and Deductions

Annual bonuses are added to base salary to calculate gross annual compensation. User-entered annual deductions are subtracted to estimate the remaining amount. No taxes are calculated automatically.
